2 oz. Brachetto d'Acqui D.O.C.G.
1 tsp Rhubarb, finely chopped
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
Mint, 4 Leaves
3/4 oz. Lime juice
2 oz. Flor de Caña Rum

In a rocks glass place rhubarb and simple syrup. Add mint, lime and gently smash the mint with a muddler. Fill glass with ice, add rum and stir. Top with Brachetto d’Acqui D.O.C.G. Garnish with rhubarb stalk or mint sprig.
